The Blog Format
We have decided to use a web log (more popularly known as blog) format
to present regularly-updated content. The content will be posted by Dr.

Our site allows users to comment on the content. These comments are analogous
to "Letters to the Editor" in a newspaper or magazine. We expect
that a particularly insightful comment will generate comments from other
readers. Obtuse, off-topic, or flameworthy posts will subside into invisibility.
